Penny Bowhall an Avid animal lover grew up in Southern California, moved to Tucson, Arizona, and rode in Equestrian Events, Junior Rodeos and Parades. When she moved back to California she worked at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center. Later she received her Animal Health technician License and worked in the Emergency Animal Medicine field.

In 1994 she moved to Tennessee with Her husband to follow his music career. They found that Middle Tennessee was the perfect place to raise a family. Her passion for the Land and
the love of Horses continued.

Looking for the perfect home for her husband and two children and the perfect pasture for her horses. She decided to get her Real Estate license in 2002.

Then the need to get mortgage loans to buy land and build homes led her to become a Mortgage Consultant as well. Having Worked for Wells Fargo and Countrywide Home
Loans gives her the ability to understand and find the best product to meet the customer needs.

Penny Bowhall strives to connect to all segments of the community in and around Williamson, Davidson, Maury
and Surrounding Counties. Her love of horses and her horsemanship mentality translates into a trustworthy person. Horse owners and horses have special needs from other property owners.
